Thank you for visiting and shopping at RxPro Medical Supply. Following are the terms and
conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on
weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please
allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your
order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Is usually processed and shipped within 2 business days if you choose Standard shipping. Orders placed with Premium or Express shipping before 5:00pm ET will be shipped the next business day.
Backorders
If the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock, we will give you an expected shipping time at checkout or by a follow-up email.
The merchandise you order may be filled from several locations, so items may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances. Your original shipping charge will simply be split across the multiple packages when your order is charged.
You will be charged for each shipment separately when it ships. The total charges for all the shipments will equal to the total for the entire order.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Rxpro Medical Supply ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO
addresses.
If you choose to ship to multiple addresses, postage will be charged for each separate address.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your
tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
RxPro Medical Supply is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
