Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Is usually processed and shipped within 2 business days if you choose Standard shipping. Orders placed with Premium or Express shipping before 5:00pm ET will be shipped the next business day.
If the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock, we will give you an expected shipping time at checkout or by a follow-up email.
The merchandise you order may be filled from several locations, so items may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances. Your original shipping charge will simply be split across the multiple packages when your order is charged.
You will be charged for each shipment separately when it ships. The total charges for all the shipments will equal to the total for the entire order.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use 3 different carriers to make sure your items arrive to you on time:
United Parcel Service (UPS)
United States Postal Service (USPS) *
Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
RxPro Medical Supply ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
If you choose to ship to multiple addresses, we will add $10 for each additional address.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
RxPro Medical Supply is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at RxPro Medical Supply. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
